Flow Gallery is the trading name of Nottinghill Applied Arts Limited, a gallery situated in the heart of Notting Hill, London. Our company registration number is 3803402 and we trade from our address 1-5 Needham Road, London W11 2RP and online at www.flowgallery.co.uk where we reserve all rights and copyrights for its content.

Returns Policy

If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase once received, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the goods. To return any items you must contact us in writing by sending an email to info@flowgallery.co.uk. Please do not ship the item(s) until you have received a response from us via email confirming your return.

Please Note  We will only accept the return of item/s if they are in unused condition, in the original undamaged packaging or packaging of the same quality and shipped to the gallery at your expense. All parcels are sent back at your own risk. We would advise using recorded delivery as the parcel is not our responsibility until we sign for it. It is most likely that earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons however this does not affect your statutory rights.

Once we have received your email, one of our team will be in touch to confirm whether you are eligible for a return or exchange. In the case of a refund, the amount owed will be issued to the original source of payment excluding shipping costs and international customs fees, if applicable. These will be made within 10 business days of the return.

You do not have the right to change your mind and cancel the contract between us for bespoke orders, such as editions, or where a product has been made to your specifications and is clearly personalised unless that product is faulty.

Nothing in this returns policy affects your ‘statutory rights’ under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Please do join our mailing list. We will send out information about new work and upcoming exhibitions or events. Your email address is not shared with any third parties, it is purely used for us to contact you with occasional news. If you would like to use any images or information found on our site then please contact us via email at info@flowgallery.co.uk. We welcome the publicity and use of our content but we ask that we are referenced, credited and linked where possible.

Purchasing

By agreeing to our Terms and Conditions you the customer are confirming that you are 18 years old or over, otherwise you will have permission from your parents or guardians. All products remain the property of Flow Gallery until payment is received for both product and postage. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard & American Express) through Stripe, a secure payment system or Paypal. All payments are extremely secure through Stripe. We do not store any sensitive payment information.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice. In the unlikely event that you the customer has purchased a product that is sold out, Flow Gallery has the right to refund you or suggest an exchange. Work at the gallery is handmade by talented artists this means that if we sell out of products we may have to wait up to 8 weeks for them to return to the gallery however we endeavour to have a constant supply of independently made goods.

We only sell products that we believe to be the highest quality of our talented artists. Due to the handmade nature of or products, there is often slight variations and the mark of the hand in each product.

We always suggest hand washing all ceramics purchased from Flow Gallery. Although we do occasionally note if the artist has said it is possible to dishwash the item. If you have any queries about pieces you’d like to purchase, contact us at info@flowgallery.co.uk.

While we try to make sure that the colours of our products are displayed accurately on the site, the actual colours that you see on your computer may vary depending on the monitor that you use.

Vouchers

Our gift vouchers come in £50.00, £100.00 and £200.00. Vouchers will be posted to you and can be redeemed with one transaction only. The Vouchers are valid for 6 months only from the date of purchase. If you have any questions please contact us at info@flowgallery.co.uk Unfortunately we can not refund Vouchers.
