Shipping

Due to the fluctuations in shipping charges and taxation, we may need to amend our shipping costs. Shipping fees will be given at the checkout or quoted after purchase. If your location is not listed it will be quoted after purchase, we will estimate shipping for you and get in touch to organise the best delivery option for you. Please email for a direct quote beforehand.

Alternatively, you are welcome to organise your own courier at your cost and responsibility. Collection at the gallery is available at the checkout and will we email to organise your collection.

International Delivery

Orders from outside of the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes incurred when the delivery reaches your destination. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot foresee their amount.

The charges of import duties and taxes must be paid by the recipient of the order. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

Returns.

If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase once received, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the goods. To return any items you must contact us in writing by sending an email to info@flowgallery.co.ukPlease do not ship the item(s) until you have received a response from us via email confirming your return.

Please Note We will only accept the return of item/s if they are in unused condition, in the original undamaged packaging or packaging of the same quality and shipped to the gallery at your expense. All parcels are sent back at your own risk. We would advise using recorded delivery as the parcel is not our responsibility until we sign for it. It is most likely that earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons however this does not affect your statutory rights.

Once we have received your email, one of our team will be in touch confirming whether you are eligible for a return or exchange. In the case of a refund, the amount owed will be issued to the original source of payment excluding shipping costs and international customs fees, if applicable. These will be made within 10 business days of the return.

You do not have the right to change your mind and cancel the contract between us for bespoke orders, such as editions, or where a product has been made to your specifications and is clearly personalised unless that product is faulty.

Nothing in this returns policy affects your ‘statutory rights’ under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
